Green Valley Ranch offers a wide array of accessible rooms for its guests with disabilities.

Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino offers a wide variety of “Mobility/Hearing Accessible” guest rooms which have special accessibility features for guests with hearing and mobility disabilities. Such rooms come with features such as:

Built in visual fire alarm
Phone within 4 ft. of outlet for TTY use
Flashing door knock sensor or door bell
Flashing light for incoming telephone calls (using TTY)
Transfer shower, roll-in shower or tub with grab bars (specific bathing fixture type is indicated for each room)
Handheld shower head fixture
Toilet with side and rear grab bars
Toilet seat is 17”-19” above floor
Doorways provide 32” clear width
Lever door hardware
Thermostat is no higher than 48” above floor
Light switches are no higher than 48” above floor
Desk top is 27”-34” high with space underneath that is 30” W, 27” H and 17” deep
At least one closet rod no higher than 48” above floor
Sink lever hardware
Sink top is 27”-34” above floor
Clear space under sink is at least 27” high at 8” from the front edge and at least 17” from front edge for 9” above floor
Pipes underneath sink are insulated
36” wide route down middle of beds (in rooms with two beds)
36” wide route to both sides of bed (in room with one bed)
